Complete the form below to request HOA resale documents.
The package includes a resale certificate, Statement of Account, and association documents necessary for closing.
Payment of $475 is required prior to documents being sent. This cost includes transfer fees. There are no additional fees and documents will be sent within one business day of payment receipt.
Once the form is submitted, please click the “Pay for Resale Package” button located on the Main Menu to provide payment information.
